Mark was my first academic tutor and advisor at the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David, Lampeter campus. Mark is an expert on empirical and practical theology as a practical theologian. I appreciated Mark's guidance to me within the United Kingdom academic system. I also appreciated Mark and his wife, Joan, hosting us PhD students at their home, with various fine choices of coffee it seems to me.
